What can I expect during the hiring process from CG?

We will conduct a thorough informational call with the hiring manager/HR to fully understand the job duties and what soft-skills a successful candidate will need. During this call, we will request a job description, compensation range, and any potential barriers within the organization.
 

How are CG’s processes unique?

We do not simply send our clients candidates based upon their resumes. We have multiple interviews/conversations with them prior to moving them forward for review to ensure soft skills and motivations are best aligned with our client’s needs.
 

how long will it take for me to have viable candidates?

We pride ourselves in our expeditious processes. Time-to-fill is an important metric and we also guarantee our hires for 30 days after hire. Part of that success rate depends upon our client’s continuous feedback on the candidates. We have learned that a candidate’s experience during the hiring process greatly determines their level of engagement should they be hired. We like our communication with both our candidates and clients to be fluid. This ensures a win for everyone.


How much can I expect to spend working with CG?

We tailor our fees to each of our client’s unique needs. Our fees are based upon industry standards and each placement opportunity. This can be either a monthly retainer fee or a commission based upon annual compensation. In short, we think recruiting should not break the bank!  We will do an informational call with each potential client at no cost to determine next steps.
